Hold Educators Accountable
When schools illegally refuse in person instruction for any reason, or discriminate, harass or endanger your child, file a claim per the California Tort Claims Act. This is NOT a surety bond claim. This is an actual legal process. This claim is required to sue the government for money.

Want something even more powerful? File a claim against an educator's credential. If they broke an actual law like harassment, discrimination, endangerment or abuse, their credential is at risk.

Bullying involved? Send a Gebser letter.

Still want every avenue to complain to be followed?
File a UCP or Williams Complaint. They may end up in the round filing cabinet but then you have surely exhausted all administrative remedies and can sue.
